“I started Pilates in 2006, after the birth of my second daughter, to get back in shape. I soon noticed that I not only lost the pregnancy weight, but also the physical complaints I had before, and that I started to feel stronger and fitter. Inspired by the principle of ‘A healthy mind in a healthy body’, I decided to follow the Pilates Link training. Since then I have further developed myself by following additional training, education and workshops, including psoas relaxation (Liz Koch), fascia massage and biomechanical movement (Katy Bowman). What I love about my profession is that I can help people get the most out of their body by balancing effort and relaxation.”
